Your information.
Handled with care.
This notice explains how information submitted through the OliveSky AI website and client workspace is used. Last updated 12 October 2026.
Who handles your information
OliveSky Ltd operates this website and handles business enquiries.
20 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU
For privacy questions, contact hello@olivesky.co.uk.
Information we collect
The enquiry form collects your name, work contact details, organisation, role and the project information you choose to provide. This can include processes, systems, estimated workloads, priorities, budget, timing and data categories. We record your privacy acknowledgement and submission time.
The client workspace uses your WordPress account, assigned project information and messages you send. Please do not submit customer records, special category personal data, credentials or confidential documents through these forms.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to understand your requirements, contact you and prepare a proposal. Project information and messages support agreed delivery and communication.
Depending on the circumstances, our basis for processing is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing a contract, or our legitimate interests in managing business enquiries and delivering services. The form acknowledgement is not marketing consent.
Where it is stored and who can access it
Enquiries and project records are stored in this website’s WordPress database on the hosting service used for olivesky.co.uk. Site administrators can access enquiries and projects. An invited client account can access only its assigned projects. Your enquiry is not automatically sent to an external CRM or marketing service by the OliveSky plugin.
Hosting and IT service providers may process information to operate and secure the website. If we need another service to deliver your project, we assess its data arrangements and identify relevant requirements in the project scope.
Security and technical information
WordPress uses authentication cookies for signed-in accounts. The enquiry form uses request verification and spam controls. A keyed, temporary identifier derived from the network address helps limit repeated submissions; it expires after an hour. The hosting service may also record technical access and security logs.
Retention
Our enquiry retention policy is: 12 months after our last contact, unless we enter into a contract or need to retain information for legal purposes. Project records are retained according to the agreed contract and applicable record-keeping needs. Retention reviews and deletion are managed by the business.
Your rights
You may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict the use of your personal information, object to processing, or receive a portable copy, depending on the circumstances. Contact us to make a request. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Marketing and automated decisions
This form does not subscribe you to marketing. We do not make significant automated decisions about you through the enquiry form. A person reviews your brief and decides how to respond.
